Fitness, career, and other ambitions are impacted by the world around you. Learn how to recognize negative influences; the ones that may be slipping under your radar and wreaking havoc on your success. Pick up tools to move beyond the negatives and replace them with positives. Once you become aware of what holds you back, you will easily break away.

Date: Wednesday, February 1, 2012 Time: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Location: MC5158 Register	This Box Rocks! Valerie McKenzie-Flynn, owner of This Box Rocks!, will describe the boxes of goodies available at this time of year. Choose from more than 20 deluxe and half-pack care package designs or create your own care package using the Design Your Own package feature. Although the boxes were originally created for students, the "Beyond Student" care packages are designed to provide comfort & support for new moms, those hospitalized or recovering from surgery or illness and those receiving cancer treatment.

Date: Saturday, February 25, 2011 Time: see Hagey website Location: Ayr Curling Club, Ayr	39th Annual Hagey Curling Bonspiel Includes coffee, tea, muffins, lunch and a prize for everyone! Limited to 64 participants. Guests welcome! Price: see Hagey website above
Date: Sunday, March 25, 2012 Time: 2:00 p.m. Location: Benjamin Road, Waterloo, Ontario	9 to 5: The Musical at St. Jacob's Country Playhouse Pushed to the boiling point, three female co-workers become unlikely friends when they concoct an outrageous plan to depose of their smarmy, chauvinistic boss and seize control of the company.
